Established in 1986, Dolce Vita is family-run business, and after more than thirty years, has become an integral part of Ainsdale Village and its community, building a solid and respected reputation based around our basic principles of quality and authenticity, serving you homemade Italian food with genuine Italian hospitality.
Our kitchen team is headed by Jason Wainford. Who, over 25 plus years has learnt his trade with a determined and professional attitude. Our chefs prepare all our dishes from fresh, locally sourced produce, and to the highest standard, served to you in a warm and friendly atmosphere by our welcoming and dedicated staff. Here to help with everything from which dish to choose, to which specially selected Italian wine to complement it – your dining experience is our priority.

Our Chefs
Here at Dolce Vita, our kitchen team is headed by Jason Wainford. Who, over 25 plus years has learnt his trade with a determined and professional attitude. He has demonstrated his ability to adapt to various cuisines and levels of hospitality. Having worked in several top-class establishments and sporting facilities. He has been adept at catering for large banquets, fine dining and world class sporting events.
Jason won the 2009 Ambassador award for most professional chef which helped to forge a passion and desire to constantly evolve, and he challenges himself to learn about new techniques and ingredients from around the world so that Dolce Vita and the team can strive to consistently be the best that they can be!

Whether driving or getting public transport, Dolce Vita sits perfectly to accommodate all! We are just a short 2 minute walk to Ainsdale train station for those using public transport links and we offer plenty of on-street parking for those driving!
Join us every Tuesday to Saturday until 9:00pm, and until 7:00pm on Sundays.
