Here at Dolce Vita, our kitchen team is headed by Jason Wainford. Who, over 25 plus years has learnt his trade with a determined and professional attitude. He has demonstrated his ability to adapt to various cuisines and levels of hospitality. Having worked in several top class establishments and sporting facilities. He has been adept at catering for large banquets, fine dining and world class sporting events.

 

Jason won the 2009 Ambassador award for most professional chef which helped to forge a passion and desire to constantly evolve and he challenges himself to learn about new techniques and ingredients from around the world so that Dolce Vita and the team can strive to consistently be the best that they can be! 


My name is Luca Fanara I was born in 1979, immediately after my studies I started working in the restaurant industry, for a few years I stayed in my hometown and then moved abroad to expand my culinary background, in 2008 I was a Chef on sailboats for wealthy people, the last of my career is called Clovis a speldida 35-meter boat flying the English flag, here I gave my best bringing me to high levels of cuisine as the standard was really high, in 2013 I moved to the UK exactly in Formby where I started working for Italian restaurants bringing my culinary experience to the table, with many sacrifices now I find myself part of a formidable teem at Dolce Vita in Ainsdale.
